Rules and Guidance
The Compact Council has adopted guidance and rules to use when:
- Reviewing proposals to divert water outside of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin;
- Engaging in administrative hearings;
- Engaging in rule making;
- Modifying decisions of the Compact Council on diversion applications; and,
- Communicating with federally recognized Tribes.
